Robert Ghostwolf

I chose Wolf for a variety of reasons. While he is not himself a Ute, he is part Native American and has a knowledge of, and respect for their ways. All of the tribes were, at one time or another, contacted by our group and they called us "The Spirits".

I wanted the word to issue forth about the meaning of this place, it's connection to Mars and, in fact, the entirety of Earth's history - recorded or otherwise. I did not wish to be the voice for this endeavor. Let's face it, half of those who visit this site think me demented and the other half think me mad. That's ok, I knew the parameters of the gig before I went into it. Besides, it is not yet my time.

Wolf has written two books, and speaks publicly on this and related issues. Subsequent to his trip here, he returned to the area to do his own explorations and gave an extended interview on the Art Bell Radio Show. The information and knowledge provided to Ghostwolf was offered as a gift with no strings attached (save keeping the place secret) and done so with the hope that those with eyes would see the importance of what was (and will be) before them. I am certain my expectations will be met although Wolf will undoubtedly add his own perspectives to the issues. This is as it should be.

My race measures success in how much it can give to others. What greater treasure is there than to be one with the truth.

My Old One had made a comment about Mr. Ghostwolf. He noted that he would claim he had discovered the ancient artifacts at the creek. Old One is rarely wrong and the moment for Mr. Ghostwolf's miscreance arrived on the May 27, 1998 Art Bell Radio Show. Towards the end of that show, Mr. Ghostwolf made the utterance, "When I discovered The Sphinx".

Yet, on Art Bell's March 27, 1998 broadcast he gave admittance to the fact he had been led to the area by a Matai (spelling uncertain) and a 'gun toting cowboy'. Mr. Ghostwolf defines a Matai as an Indian of mixed blood (me) and the cowboy in question is a friend (Two Bears)  who, at my request, guided and escorted Mr. Ghostwolf and company to the artifacts.

This is not the first time that Robert Ghostwolf has lied on the Art Bell show. On the March 27th broadcast he stated that the elevation of the place was 14,000 feet and identified trees at that altitude. Anyone living in Colorado knew immediately he had lied. The true elevation is 6,200 feet. These facts were known to Ghostwolf and company as I had provided him the use of my Global Satellite Positioning reader. The device clearly shows altitude. Mr. Ghostwolf gave admittance to possession of the device in the March 27th broadcast.

Mr. Ghostwolf claims he was surrounded by blizzards at the time he visited Angel's Liar in early March, 1998.
Anyone wishing to check the weather service records will discover there were no such blizzards.

Mr. Ghostwolf claims the location of Angel's Lair is 'twenty miles back in there'. In truth, it is substantially less.

Mr. Ghostwolf states he took the photos which appear on the Art Bell web site in early March. In truth, they were taken in 1997. Those photos were lent to Mr. Ghostwolf conditional upon their return. They were not returned but were sent, instead, to Art Bell. It is an additional piece of trivia that Ghostwolf's camera man broke his camera and was unable to use it.

One might allow that Robert was trying to keep his agreement to keep the location of the place secret and lied to that 'good' point. Following the broadcast, I had several emails with him on the subject.
 
 

Point in fact, Mr. Ghostwolf's comments as to altitude did not arrive as the result of any query posed him either by Mr. Bell or callers. Wolf sought to aggrandize his efforts by making them seem far more difficult than they really were and to give the audience the idea that he made greater efforts than he really did. Wolf climbed the mountain twice, I have done so more times than that.

Again on the May 27th show, Mr. Wolf's comments that he had discovered the sphinx were self promoting AND false. Again, the comments were not the part of any solicitation to the point.
 

When Ghostwolf made his first lie, I had occasion to discuss the fact with a number of my associates including
Two Bears. His comment was most insightful.
 

I agree. Due to Ghostwolf's seemingly intimate knowledge of Indian end times stories and my belief that he was of an order of ascendancy suited to the subject, I chose him to be the voice that informed not only the American public but the Indian Nation's as well. The Lair is a part of their cumulative history and future.

We live on a planet that has a free will society. Mr. Ghostwolf, as with every one, has the right to choose his path and to accept the consequences of those choices. If Mr. Ghostwolf is, in fact, a true believer of the Indian way, those beliefs are not reflected in his public behaviors. As such, it is my opinion that he has an 'Indian Act', not an adherence to the Indian Way.

I have little tolerance for liars or thieves. Point in fact they are both one and the same. One steals your property whilst the other steals the truth.

On the 2/3/99 airing of the Art Bell Show, Wolf again repeated his previous lie that he had discovered the artifacts detailed here. The amazing thing here is that Bell knows, and has given admittance to knowing, that Wolf has lied on his show. Regardless, he continues to aggrandize his untruths.
 

On Bell's 3/30/98 show, he made public apology for Ghostwolf's lies. Ironically, the first 30 minutes of that archived show is now unavailable as are the full written transcripts of both of Ghostwolf's shows. Fortunately, this horse left the barn long before these modifications were made not to mention that voice recordings were made of the show real time from the radio and not the internet.

Ghostwolf continues to remain a regular guest on the Art Bell show.

Note that while Ghostwolf doesn't directly answer the woman's question, he gives admittance to the truth of her original question. The truth has not come out. Wolf deceives in his statement there is no ongoing investigation in as much as the proofs of those investigative efforts are here at HQ.

On Bell's 12-16-1999 show he introduces Wolf and continues with the Lie that Wolf actually discovered anything in Colorado including the Sphinx. It is no irony that Wolf now claims to have discovered another archeological site in the Midwest. This site, located in a corn field, smacks of Nixon's Pumpkin Papers. It's easy to imagine wolf trespassing on some farmers land and discovers this archeological site. Asked by Bell how he discovered it, he declined to answer.

Update on 5/4/2000. Wolf now claims he was contacted by the farmers on whose land the artifacts were found. He further states that people call him because of his appearances on the Art Bell Radio Show.

Point in fact, someone else is the actual discoverer and Wolf is willing to take the bows claiming the discovery as his. Given the fact that the man is already convicted as a liar and a thief by the Santa Clara Superior Court, we can only wonder why a man like Bell is willing to sacrifice his own integrity and reputation for the likes of a Robert Franzone aka Robert Parry aka Robert Wolf aka Robert Ghostwolf.
 

This extract was taken from Wolf Lodge on 1/10/2000. Wolf whines about being the victim of slander on the internet by known parties.

"I myself have been the target for unfounded lies and vicious and slanderous reports spread throughout the internet by questionable sources, who portrayed themselves as would-be vigilantes. I have had to stand and watch as my computer equipment was destroyed by virus attacks that came through the Internet. I witnessed my website hacked on more than one occasion. I have seen my personal friends and my family members threatened and maligned as well. It has been a year so far of receiving grand lessons in practicing forgiveness, and keeping focused on my contract to the Service of the Light. In many ways it is what I now call The Year of the Tiger."
 

For the record Robert - You know who, what and where I am. That which you purport to be vicious and slanderous lies are IN FACT - the TRUTH! If you don't like the name, perhaps you shouldn't play the game. Were you being vicious when you beat Judi Koteen and her daughter or were you being the elevated holy man you hold yourself out to be. Did you come to your spiritual awakenings while you were doing time in Santa Clara Counties jails for stealing thirty eight thousand dollars from a woman who had the misfortune to have trusted you?  Which of your plagiarized materials should I hold forth as the light and the truth? Are we to hold the Santa Clara Criminal Courts to be included in your 'questionable sources' criteria? You did, after, plead guilty did you not?

Robert, you hurt people. You do it with deliberation and forethought and I will stand against you.
I don't view service to the truth as negative. However, for those who do, I can live with it.

Art Bell always said he didn't screen his phone calls. This posting was taken from the Coast To Coast BBS site and is posted here with the permission of the author. It does tend to make one wonder.
 

Let me clarify the screening comment. I have been calling in and talking with Art for many years. Art was answering the phone this time on the break. Something I have never known him to do. He then asked what it was I wanted to say to Ghostwolf. I was pretty surprised by this and asked Art whey he was screening the calls, and said I thought he never did this. He just repeated 'What is it that you want to talk to Robert Ghostwolf about? I said something like I want to ask him why if he claims to be a Shaman he never really speaks about what Shamanism is, and everything he says is NOT what it is really all about? He hung up on me. This screening was done on the breaks and any callers would appear to have been screened in this way. Never has this happened before and I have spoken to Art many many times. It has absolutely NOTHING to do with screening defamatory calls on the air. Ghostwolf's calls were pre-screened during the breaks.
 

We expect a continuation of the Ghostwolf aggrandizement under the new regime and operators of this radio show.

10-09-2000 - This prediction turned out to be right on the money. Ghostwolf threw or sponsored a for pay come and listen to him talk gig in Santa Fe, New Mexico recently. Appearing on Seigal's Coast to Coast Radio Show in September 2000, Seigal commented 'we (Coast to Coast) could fill that up for you'. Mr Siegal also indicated he would go to the affair himself if someone would pick him up from the airport. Hoagland appeared on the show with Ghostwolf.  It seems that Mr. Siegal has no problem promoting  for Mr. Ghostwolf's financial aggrandizement's.
However, it is also noteworthy that Siegal is doing personal appearances for other guests on his show as well.
One might suppose that ratings aren't all they should be in the ivory tower and that Premier Networks has encouraged this promotion of the Coast to Coast Show. However, the show continues to be the same old voices making the same old noises. Art Bell had a long run at it and Siegal is just a poor imitation willing to maintain the status quo in what may be a failing market rather than seeking out new and interesting things on the cutting edge of reality.

1-17-2001 - Mike Seigal is History and Premier Networks has tanked his administration of the show begging Art Bell to return. Premier has thrown him a small bone and it questionable how long that will last. While Seigal is an able interviewer and host , he chose to beat the same old format successfully established by Bell but with two exceptions. He did not seek out material on the cutting edge of reality and he insulated himself with call screeners.
As such, he limited his reach and insured ratings would plummet.

There are a lot of you who seem to be searching the web to find out who I am, and what I am about…I figured that
why not hear that story from the source therefore…right now this location is dedicated to telling another side of the
story about Robert Ghost Wolf, his side of the story. Since late 1997 there has existed a small group of individuals
that has been spreading around a contrived and manipulated story about my life on the internet. The members are
addressed here as “the Group”.

As with any paranoiac, Franzone sets the stage for how the unholy and unwashed are out to get him.
 

Many of you have written and asked how I could allow this to go on. Why was I not responding to the gossip and
wild malicious accusations “the Group” was spreading around? Well, it may be hard for you to understand my
personal reasons why, but please remember that I have worked intimately for some 25 years now with indigenous
elders. I myself am a Metis, and a Shaman, and there is a protocol and expected codes of conduct to be adhered to
for one in that position.

Mr. Franzone declares himself a Shaman twenty five years in the making. Oddly, I asked a Choctaw teacher if he was a 'Shaman'. He told me, "these are things others would say of us but not something we would ever say of ourselves"
 

As an initiate of the ancient knowledge, I am bound to that code. I attack no one, but defend all against oppression
and corruption.

Robert, when you took more than thirty thousand dollars for a contracting job you didn't do any work on, and then skipped with the money - were you defending  your victim from oppression?

All my life I
have stood my own ground for that which I believe Spiritually, Mentally, and Physically. I have always met people
straight-ahead, eye-to-eye, one-on-one, out in the open. I am not a shadow boxer and perhaps this is to my
detriment, when dealing with so many who are.

I have never run from a fight, nor have I ever turned on any living being because the odds were against us. Even in
defeat, I have never spoken badly against those that committed transgressions against me. Rather I walked away
and rebuilt my life, and grew from the experience. Often as I do now, I stand alone:

Shaman of the Metis People. I love this. I'm mixed blood Choctaw and have never heard of a Metis
tribe unless they're related to the Heckowees because no one knows where the heck they are.
You declare yourself a religious leader of a non existent group of people. Were I inclined to follow my blood,
I'd sign up with a real tribe not with you.

skills and been recognized by many as an author and artist.

Who recognizes you as a real Shaman? For that matter who recognizes the Metis Tribe. Certainly not the Bureau of Indian Affairs.

The world is aware of my abilities and the knowledge
which I carry. Most of my work, as is most of my life, not seen, but is done in silence. Thus, after a lifetime of
working with my beloved Indigenous elders, I have gained their trust as well as their respect, and have never once
been brought before a assembly of elders who have judged me for having false pride and/or lying about my
relationship with them, or the Messages they have asked me to carry to the world. What I do I do with authority
and permission of those councils. Yes, I am mixed blood,

Something other than your word? Where is the evidence?

and have been given these gifts and responsibilities. That
I am trusted by many indigenous councils, is no secret; I have spoken to the whole of the world on television and
the radio with their Spiritual Elders standing by my side. They do this because the people of many nations know my
heart. I have traveled alone through many lands and have endured hardships to come to know them, and share
wisdoms; this is enough for them. Because you have never heard their words through all these centuries of their
sending out their messages, it was felt perhaps you might hear mine, because I was the living genetic bridge
between both worlds…

I am a self-made and self-educated man

How does a self educated man become a qualified AND educated archeologist?

and I have never abused my power as a Shaman, or taken advantage of
the weak and helpless in this world. Thus I am loved,

If you are so loved, why is it there are so many keeping track of your misdeeds?

and wherever I go people gather to hear my words and seek
my counsel and offer me their trust and hands in friendship. Wherever I go and perform my work, whether in a
urban arena or at a wilderness gathering or in the jungles of South America, there are always women and children
about, and that is something to be acknowledged. Women and children only come when they feel safe. That I am
human, and have had life experiences and relationships and as well some business dealings where the outcome was
less then desirable to both sides…Who in this life can help that? The only way not to have that occur in one’s life is
to hide from life and avoid it by living in a cave.

My biggest offence to anyone with whom I had business dealings was to walk away from the relationship, and go
back to whence I came, offering no contest, thereby allowing those who I left behind to know the reality of their own
actions and deeds…. Leaving the outcome of events up to them…

Walking away from Judi Kotten was definitely a good example. You neglect to mention that you took virtually everything in the house you could fit onto a moving truck. Little of which was yours.

Often I have been asked to perform ceremony, but what most who asked this of me really wanted was magic… to
have miracles happen, thus creating their desired outcome. So it is very clear, I was called upon, I never sought
them.

Magic? How about you become an honest and truthful person. That would indeed be real magic.

The magic and ceremonies they asked me to perform are very real, and miracles do happen. Perhaps these
things are more real than the beiging of reality I see occurring around me, where no one stands for anything but
their own survival and self-gratification, and people are persecuted for speaking their truth. However, the
principles of ceremony and magic work on the principles of most pure heart, and no thing can be manifested
otherwise. The realness of the magic is seen in the turning of events, when most pure heart has been corrupted, for
personal agendas.

What I present to you here is not a thrashing of my adversaries, nor do I seek vengeance in any way. It is
presented only that my story be heard, because until now I have not spoken. It is time to end the silence…

My Hopi elders taught me  “You must not respond with anger, nor strike out at those who would attack you for
what you do or the message you deliver, even if they throw stones…just move on.”

And now you are going to ignore these teachings?
 

I have tried to live that teaching.
At the end of my Dance upon this Earth I will only answer to my own soul and my Creator; I will sing my songs to
the four directions and thank the Mother and the Father for my life, the victories as well as the defeats, for the
experience of living was a gift, and I have been enriched, knowing my soul will continue and remember the lessons I
have learned here, as I move on …

Casineria will never leave this planet - in soul or by any other means.

human being in a civilized society: Libel Slander, and Defamation…

What you call Libel - some call the truth. I didn't write the story of your sorry life - you did.

The act of willfully conspiring together in
secrecy with the intent to destroy another human being and their means of survival, even to the extent of
destroying their families. This is perhaps one of the oldest sins of our civilized society, and precisely the kind of
insidious immorality that led me so many years ago to turn my back and walk off into the wilderness…to seek to
become the Shaman, and find something different…something better than what I left behind.

THE GROUP

Here are those involved in the Conspiracy Group, who will be jointly and as individuals having to answer to
conspiracy and Federal Racketeering charges among others presently being levied against them by my attorneys
and the courts.

Mike Two Horses, AKA Michael Tierri( hmm Italian?), AKA Michael Jordan

For the record I have never met Two Horses, who made all those claims about being “ A REAL INDIAN” nor has
this individual ever, ever been to any event I ever held either by myself or with anyone else. He has elected himself
through his own Web postings to be the protector of and the “Saviour of the Indian People” Promising to come to
the Ghost Dance held in Montana, where I was ceremonial leader, bringing AIM and tribal warriors, to prevent the
ceremony from taking place. However he never showed up. Now is that how a good Italian Indian Warrior for the
People behaves?… Members of AIM did show up, and danced and sweated with us for the seven days that the
ceremony took place. He did contact the owners of the Ranch where the Dance was held, as well the Sheriff’s
Department to warn them about me. The Sheriff and his entire Department did show up and spent almost every
night, and most of the days with us, in amazement of the peace and harmony that existed at the gathering. We all
stood together, leaders of the Lakota, the Blackfoot, the Pawnee, the Ojibwa, the Hopi Sinom, and Apache nations,
side by side with Metis, and most important, the local Sheriff’s Department watching a miracle occur.

Well Robert, I guess we can take your word for it huh? How about a declaration under penalty of perjury from
the Sheriff's Department swearing that Mike Two Horses did as you say he did. If you've never spoken to
Mr. Two Horses how did he 'tell you' that he'd meet you there? Smoke signals?
 

As to what has happened to Michael Tierri, AKA Two Horses, well, I went with a few grandmothers whom he also
intimidated and slandered, and spoke to the elders about him.

Produce the people he intimated and slandered. Which elders? Which tribe. Produce them as well.
 

It turns out that nobody knew who he was; he is not
enrolled with any Lakota tribe, and is not affiliated with them, or any legitimate branch of AIM, but they were
aware of his deeds.

A lot of native Americans don't belong to the Lakota tribe. In fact, you'd be hard pressed to find a Hopi that
belongs to the Lakota tribe.

The elders have their own way of dealing with these kinds of individuals, and whatever
happened… his web sites were taken down…he moved suddenly from Flagstaff and we found him in
Tucson…working as a janitor.

Is there disgrace in being a janitor? You seem to infer there is. I'd rather see proof your words are true.

There was even a story he spread around that tells of how our hero Two Horses, along with his sidekick, some
street warrior named Tegan, (I do not know if this name is real or not) who runs a Birdtribes web site followed me in
a quest of vigilante justice. They tell of how as I was being run out of town after doing the Ghost Dance in
Montana, that they, along with the authorities, were in hot pursuit.

Where's the proof? A lot of storytelling here and zero evidence.
 

They claim to have followed me to New Orleans
(It must have been a heck of a car chase) where I was then busted by the authorities in New Orleans, for a $500 a
day heroin habit…all with their help of course. Truth of the matter is that after the Ghost Dance, we who held the
event stayed for four days and cleaned up the ranch after the thousand or so people who attended. Then I drove to
Idaho to work on a cure for Chemtrails Sickness with a group of Doctors that I work with there,

How about the names, addresses and phone numbers for these doctors as well as a good explanation
how an admitted self educated man would have medical expertise to contribute to men who have
real education's and the credentials to prove it.

and stayed there
for several weeks. Now, if you care to read the real story of what went on in Montana (See Choteau Montana
News Paper article about the Ghost Dance) A little example of hearsay vs what actually happened.

Why didn't you provide the artical?

By the way the Ghost Dance is still being held, we have done this in South America, with the Mayan and Inca’s, we
even went to Canada, and now ,as well, there are smaller Ghost Dances being held all over this country…so Spirit
provides, our prayers have been answered, and the false taboo has been broken. Mind you…. what I do is the
Dance of the Ghost Children, it is a Metis Ceremony, a new ceremony, for we truly are the children caught
between two worlds.

Danica Olivo, AKA Danica d’Haunt, AKA Danica d’Haunt-Olivo

The Olivo’s did file charges against me in Nevada, and I was brought before the judge there in Superior Court. I
was stopped for a minor traffic violation (No left tail light) in Washington State and Olivo had a warrant sworn out
for my arrest, so this is normal procedure. All charges in Nevada were dismissed

Not quite accurate. You skated on a jurisdictional issue when the case should have been filed in a different state.

, and the Olivo’s were warned to
never again bring up the matter in any court California or Nevada and try to manipulate the courts to satisfy their
own personal agendas and vendettas.

Warned by whom? Produce the documentation. Produce the public official that did the warning. Produce something other than your word.
 

Fact of the matter between the Olivo’s and myself was that I had procured more than one source that was willing
and able to fund the Olivo’s various truck stop projects, offering Mr. Olivo funding amounting to more then $30
million dollars. The truck stops were to be managed by the Greyhound Corporation, where I had personal friends.

30 Million dollars and you can't raise the bucks for a lawsuit?

Mr. Olivo refused the initial funding offer saying the fees were too high and then came back asking the lenders to
fund a different project, the lenders withdrew the funding offer for any project he might wish to have them fund,
after discovering that his documents and financial statements were falsified.

Prove it. Where are the documents? You know, those things that are like your bail receipt and the fact that
Judi Koteen owns wolf lodge. You know HARD DOCUMENTED EVIDENCE.
 

Along with these and some other projects he was developing, it was also established in court that, in fact, I never
received a dime from the transactions, which took almost 10 months worth of personal effort on my part.

Established in a court? Which court? What is the jurisdiction, the case number the case date? You just
said Olivo was warned not to pursue actions and now you tell us you WERE in an unidentified court re: Olivo. Should we believe you or our lying eyes?

That Olivo
received funds amounting to over $200,000 was established but not yet challenged to my knowledge. That we were
business partners in these ventures is documented in corporate papers, California Courts, and the Nevada Courts.

Was the first to publish the derogatory information about me nationally on his “Sightings” website. I guess I do not
like Jeff, or what he represents himself as being, and I told him so. He did this after Wes Thomas (see below) and
Two Horses contacted him during the Miami Circle period of my life. He was involved with Robert A.M. Stevens
on this one, even posting Steven’s write up how the Miami Circle was an old abandoned train depot…The real
story ( See Letter by Richard C Hoagland) It should be noted also that this action was taken by Rense in a
deliberate attempt to also discredit Art Bell (and the Best of Art Bell) during a scathing battle between the two
which was open to public listening audience of millions. This was due to an attack on Art’s webmaster by some of
the very same people in this conspiracy group.

Clever. As I understand it Rense has the #2 radio show second only to Bell AND you'd never been invited to
be on the show. Telling the truth about you does not rise to an attack on Art Bell. Nice how you try to align yourself under Bell's umbrella.

Mr. Rense has never elected to contact me about any of the matters, nor has he obviously ever questioned the
validity of the false claims about me which he posted on his website, and as well made public comments about on his
show.

Well the proper recourse is to sue him, his show, and his network. Unless, of course, what he said was true. As that show aired in 1997 - you've had plenty of time.

Yes, folks that statement is also on tape, shows are taped . I believe this type of public display is a disgrace
to the integrity of the profession he claims to represent. So where does entertainment and reporting on the real

Let's see, we have a sub plot going here. Anyone who doesn't like having their pocket picked by you is crazy, demented, emotionally unstable, operates  porno sites, lies (while only you tell the truth) and has to take your
word for things since you offer zero provings to your comments. Do I have this about right? O yeah, most of them are thieves as well.

Oh yes, the documents he published up on the internet, about me and the Toyes and our famous rift….they were
mostly created documents, and as for the rest, well some were alledgedly stolen from original documents from the
Toyes’ office while Julie was under their employ. This matter is now before the Arizona Court in the case brought
against Julianne Presson by the Toyes.

Incidentally, The civil dockets for Maricopa and Pima counties (Phoenix and Tucson) show no
case filings under the name Toyes.

Perhaps this also explains how, and why Julie got access to the map material that she allegedly stole and later
posted upon the internet as being her own. She and her then husband(?) Clark Hathaway, both were employed by
the Toyes, although the maps are slightly altered from the originals that Lori Toye created, they are too close for
comfort. Clark? Well, I never met him, although he claims he and I met. All I know about Clark Hathaway is that
his parents were former FBI, and good friends with Ted Gunderson, and Robert A. M. Stevens….Oh the threads
we weave….

Let's summarize.

Robert Franzone is the Great White Shaman - a contradiction in terms. He purports to be a 'teacher',
a native American holy man, an archelogist, qualified to advise Nasa or, at least, they'd want to hear what he has to say on some subject, qualified to advised educated practioners of medicine, a prophet (whose predictions fail more than not), a good guy who can raise 30 million dollars but can't fund a simple law suit. On one hand he describes the Indian philosophy of non contentiousness but then ignores that philosophy (he claims he qualified to teach) and indulges in some serious name calling.

Judi Koteen, the woman he beat, cheats in relationships. Implied is a left hand reference she is a slut.
He says I deal with porno sites. Therefore, I'm some sort of sexual low life. (A Freudian would have a lot of fun
with his sexual cites here.)  I'm a wanted criminal (yet he's done the time). He claims I abducted my son but had custody of him. (He rarely sees his own child).  I, and various other people, are mad, crazed or emotionally unstable. That he claims credit for my discoveries is a proveable fact. That he steals from a person he says is mentally ill speaks volumes about the character of the man. In fact, if he is to be believed, nearly everyone who has had a poor moment with Franzone is a liar. Oddly enough, his comments can be found documented in the DSM4R, the bible of psychiatry, under paranoid delusions and schizophrenia. Franzone is sane - everyone else is nuts.
Franzone is this poor abused character that everyone (his whole life) picks on.

Given my knowledge of the Franzone's of the world, I have this opinion. Bobby's days are numbered. That he's screaming means people aren't  giving him money anymore. The louder he screams the more his decline is evidenced. There's an old adage, "You can fool some of the people some of the time but not all of the people all of the time". Franzone is a 'short con' and he fell into a 'long con'. Yet, any con artist with any expertise knows there's a time to cut bait and move on. Were it not for the patronage of Art Bell, Franzone wouldn't have been able to make a living as an author. May-be its time for him to go get a real job.

Finally, the hypocrisy of his presentation is obvious even to an aging crazy person like me. He says he lives by a philosophy then ignores it and soils himself with this dive into a cesspool. The sad part of this is, I doubt he can see that other people CAN see. Franzone is on a run towards self destruction and I, for one, would not wish to interfere.
The world will have fewer victims as soon as he succeeds.

A somewhat clever two stepping around the truth here. In California a theft exceeding $300.00 is grand theft and a felony. That you 'dealt out' the case to a lesser charge and accepted time in a county jail rather than a prison
does not lessen the hypocrisy of your claims nor does it mitigate the action that got you arrested, tried and convicted  in the first place. Nor does it alter the fact you pled guilty.

However, felons are allowed to have drivers licenses (depending upon what they were convicted of) and fishing licenses. The possession of a driving license does not remove the stain of conviction.

That you PLED GUILTY to a misdemeanor and accepted jail time to avoid the risk of going to prison - does not lessen the nature of the crime. Nor will your attempts to downplay the action succeed here.
