Elian At Gunpoint
During the Clinton years, we've had a heretofore unknown opportunity
to see the political left in its truest set of clothing. We've had a president
who is a shameless and barefaced liar, who gives lip service to the 'rule
of law' and then turns around and ignores those very laws. He is willing
to, and has, attacked foreign nations to serve his political agenda. He
is a murderer who has killed in our names - Americans. He has sold us and
our secrets out to our enemies while increasing the duty and burden on
the military by 300% without replenishing the resources and budgets used
in those military missions making our enemies stronger whilst weakening
our own forces.
It is a national shame that many of our military personnel must
be on food stamps because the government will not pay them a living wage.
Just when we think we've seen the limits of what the left can do
and we wait patiently for that day in January when he's to leave office,
Clinton hits us with another one, Elian. Not content to attempt to nationalize
the health care industry, the tobacco industry, the gun industry and Microsoft,
Der Fuerher Klinton and Oberfuerher Reno have set their sights on one little
boy, bringing the might of the greatest government on the planet down onto
the back of a six year old child.
Elian At Gunpoint
While federal storm troopers kicked in the doors of a private residence without benefit of a warrant duly issued by a court (of law), the fourth and fourteenth amendments to the United States Constitution were summarily dismissed by Klinton and his party of fascists. This is the very same group who have, for years, attempted to convince us the second amendment (the right to bear arms) is not in the national interest.
"Give us the fucking kid or we'll shoot you" a female agent yelled
as they brandished machine guns at the family they were intent on terrorizing.
One news service cameraman was hit across the head with a gun butt rendering
him unconscious. Fortunately, there was a second cameraman who did get
the infamous shot.

In typical fashion, the government pulled their 'law enforcement action' on an off news day coming like thieves in the night.

Klinton was not elected, either time, by a majority of the population.
We were told, 'integrity didn't matter'.
Lock step syncopates in the left who have divorced themselves of
any ability to engage in original thought joined a chorus of 'sex doesn't
matter' while looking the other way to the perjuries, violations of campaign
finance laws and murder committed overseas by Der Fuerher. The saying of
"Give me Liberty of Give me Death" was replaced by "Give me Bill and pay
me off" as taxation against the working classes was increased to pay for
those who won't work but will vote the liberal ticket.
The arrogance of the ruling fascists in the Executive Branch of government has already gone past a defiance and disrespect for the the court systems, the place most Americans think justice resides. Is it little wonder that many states have serious separatist movements calling for a withdrawal from the United States.
You thought Ruby Ridge and Waco were isolated incidents. Now you know that the state owns your child and they can stick a machine gun in your face anytime they want to. Due process? Not in a fascist state.
People, you brought this government on yourself. You traded your faith in the Almighty, under whom this country was founded, for the empty rhetoric of an arrogant bunch of fascists spouting socialistic jingoisms. You allowed yourself to be bought and then they sold you out. You allowed them to convince you they were better suited to raise your kids and they gave them condoms instead of morals. You turned your eyes and gave a deaf ear to those who tried to warn you - calling them right wing fanatics or religious nuts. You accused them of conspiracies while you willing went blind to the very conspiracy you willfully and knowingly elected and allowed to be perpetrated 'in the name of compassion'.
The TRUTH is now in your face. What are you going to do about it?

Oberfuerher Reno states she obtained a 'search warrant' as her pretext
for abducting Elian. A Search Warrant is for a 'thing', an arrest warrant
is for a person AND only one who is established as a probable criminal.
Elian is still being held incommunicado in the company of Greg Craig, Der
Fuerher's attorney, and mind washing 'psychologists'.

INS officers are standing by the minivans that the INS arrived at the
scene in, and shouting to other officers while projectiles
are coming at them from protestors.
When you see the footage of the van with Elian inside being driven away,
you will notice that the driver is wearing a bandanna
to obscure his/her face. God only knows why.

Mark my words, kat -- the sticking point will be revealed to be some
measure that would have made it necessary for Juan
Miguel to meet Elian in an area out of the prying eyes of the Cuban

I just happened to be flipping the dial and came across Roseanne's bizarre
glorified cable-access show, which is shown early
morning on KPIX, a CBS-owned station. I was trying to figure out what

Now, the bulletin is over, and Roseanne's back on. I flipped the channel,

The first man out of the home, after the thugs ran off with Elian, said
the feds knocked the door down and immediately started

MSNBC just interviewed Sanchez. He said this is like Castro and it is
like Reno's tactics. He mentioned Waco, "She's had
experience like this before in Waco."
He said they have asked for a work stoppage to show their feelings and
that they will let the people show their emotions but not
violence.

Fox had pictures of a woman carrying a crying and screaming Elian. She
had him in her arms running to a van. He was

MSNBC showed agents swarming up to the house about 5 AM. They said they

stayed outside and fired tear-gas. The crowd was small
and obviously caught off guard. But it is growing now. The community
has kept it under contol, even with some who want to
fight. They have stopped and held people back from giving the media
photo-ops.
Fox is reporting Elian is being taken to the airport (maybe Opalaka)
and will be taken to Washington to be "reunited" with his
father.
The Miami Community is extremely upset. Some overwrought. Mostly in tears.
The Fox reporter, Rita Cosby has been doing a talk-over. There seem
to be few reporters in Miami, mostly camera men. She
said they got word about 30 min before there was something going down.
Then 15 minutes it was a good bet. And then the
barricades came down and the agents in full riot gear came in with
white vans.
She said everyone was under the impression that there was progress in
an agreement and were being told they were close to a
deal. She said they didn't think that they would move in on Easter
especially since they seemed to be close to an agreement.
But then they moved in and took him.
Rita Cosby is saying many in Wash will not be happy about this.
I think we should call and send another round of letters, FAX's and
E-mails. They think they can just do it and now it is over.
What consequences does the Clinton Administration ever pay for their

Fox doesn't seem to be editing it so far. They just spoke with Dalrimple
(sp?) and he said that they were pointing guns at them
and said "Give us the boy or we'll shoot you." I'm recording it anyway
just in the event they do start changing things. Should
have thought of that the moment they kicked the door in, but hadn't
had enough coffee to have my brain in gear, plus I was so
saddened to see Elian screaming as he was being dragged out and put
into the van.

Apparently, when the INS and Border Patrol vans arrived in the neighborhood,
the Miami police withdrew from the area and
remained absent. Fox News and CNN both had camera crews on scene, but
didn't see it coming. "Noticed" after the fact, "the
barricades were being removed", but thought it was Miami PD doing something
routine.
The strike was so quick, cameras didn't go on (from what I can tell) until the entry team was coming OUT with the boy.
An interesting note that may or may not have affected the decision to
go on this was the arrival of Jesse Jackson. Fox News
said he was trying to become "the mediator" between the two sides.

Pay attention to what Mayor Joe Carollo says.
He is saying some of things we have. That the boy was snatched by atheists
and that the Cuban Interests Section never waived
diplomatic immunity for their building where Juan Miguel is staying.
The family was on the telephone with Wash DC trying to reach an agreement
with Reno et, al. when the raid was made. The
negotiations were obviously a bleeping ruse.

Rita Cosby said they had been told when Janet Reno came into work at

Fox reporting "unnamed officials" said they gave Elian a physical at
the airport and that a flight surgeon is on the plane with Elian
along with the woman who ran out of the house with him.
They say he has been given play-dough and a map and they are explaining things to him.
Fox said Janet Reno may be giving a statement at the top of the hour.

or his liberty. Elian is a pawn in their globalist game ...

We tried to be a peaceful society, but it seems that our beloved federal
government wishes only a police state where they will
use whatever force they desire for whatever political purpose they
desire.
How can we participate in a peaceful society to make the changes we
all desire when the federal government uses force to
have their way?
We cannot peacefully make changes when the State governments also stand
by idle and allow such "mean-spirited" actions by
the federal government. The State of Florida, the Governor, Jeb Bush,
the brother of George W. Bush, did nothing but allow
such actions. He and the mayor of Miami should have stood in
the way of the feds, but they can't because their funding comes
from the feds using our money plundered through taxes.
HEY JANET WACO! How come there are thousands of children in America
from other countries and thousands of American
children in other countries with one parent seeking custody, but you
take no aggressive actions to get solve those problems???
Can we all say POLITICAL TYRANT, the long arm of Clinton law!
We MUST stop the tyranny NOW! Just because such acts have not
come to your doorstep doesn't mean that they won't.
Try going against such dictators and watch how fast YOU become the
target!
We live in a police State when our actions are controlled by the thought
that we might come under attack by these Amy Ranger
wannabees with their automatic weapons, full body armor, and the silly
looking black ninja outfits!
Do you really believe that if you became a political target, which is
easier than you might think, that these aggressors wouldn't
come to your door? It happens in America daily.
The President of the United States and his Administration are OUT OF CONTROL!
Our Congress is unable and unwilling to react!
Our Attorney General is a culprit!
Our States are helpless through the extortion of the feds withholding money for cooperation!
Our military is ordered to perform acts against humanity, acts
against the American people, and acts of war against other
nations without the approval of Congress as required by the Constitution!
Our local, State, and federal "law enforcement" officials are all bought
with federal money to buy them guns, ammo, and
expensive training with OUR MONEY through the plundering of OUR
EARNINGS! Local police get money from the feds to
attend such training as sniper, forced entry, and "Close Quarters Combat"!
Sounds like a "We are here to help you!" kind of
organization, doesn't it?! Few police turn down such fun and
exciting training and "toys", and few would do anything to
jeopardize the money coming in from the feds.
WE MUST STOP THIS NONSENSE AT ANY AND ALL COST!

One hundred 21 ins criminals used a ram break into the house. They surrounded
the house and came in through the back and
rammed their way thru the front door. They broke down doors closets
anythging in their way to find the kid who was in
donatos arms screaming que pasa, que pasa, help me help me. A crap
ins tore him from donatos arms, a lady put a blanke over
his head and they rushed hin out of the house. Litteraly trashed the
house. They made everyone in the house lie down with guns
to their heads including a 5 year old being held by his mother in same
room elian was being threatened with gun. Or they were
maced inside and outside of the house. Everyone was and is in shock.
Armando Gutierrez heard of the scum coming and tried
to get the cubans to rally but they were caught so unaware they could
do nothing by the time they could react, ins was macing
them away. The child was taken screaming and kicking by a woman from
ins and put in a van. A miami police chief was in the
van that took elian, ostensively so that police officers at the scene
would recognize that the sting was good. Whole operation
took little over 3 minutes. There were 30 to 40 cubans behind the barracades
they were caught unawares and were pepper
sprayed or maced by the INS to keep them at bay while shit ins rammed
their way into the house. The media was also kept
behing barracades and maced.

I watched all of this on TV this morning.
First, I dislike clinton probably more than many of you, BUT. This is his father, communist or not.
Second, I thought the court ruled Elian should be reunited with his father in the US while we await a decision.
Third, if lazaro was supposed to hand Elian over and didn't isn't that like kidnapping?
Fourth, what would you do if someone like your great uncle or distant
cousin had your child in the US and they were supposed
to hand them over to you? Personally, I would want all the firepower
I could get to take my son back. As much as I hate to say
it, the boy should be with his father. It just so happens he is a communist.
Unfortunately this did give clinton a reason to side
with castro and his thugs.

The more I read here the more suprised I am. You all talk about the
problem with the force used. What do you expect, lazaro
and the whole clan down there kept telling everyone that INS would
have to use force to get Elian. Many of you sound like
those touchy feely liberals, always talking about the problem with
to much force. Give me a break. Did you want them to
announce they were coming?? I think lazaro has had many many opportunities,
they just kept changing their damands. This was
to be difficult I believe. I don't think all that damage was done by
INS agents. Some of it looks a little set up to me. Many of
you here talk of family, etc, but Elians father was here, and Elian
was not allowed to see him. THIS IS ELIANS DAD, now put
yourself in his place. Wouldn't you want you son back? I think you
would. And I think you would even ask clinton to help if it

This looks a lot like the raid in Bosnia a few weeks ago, when NATO
storm troopers siezed the Bosnian Serb "war crime"
suspect from his parent's home, in his pajamas, hog-tied him, and shipped
him off to Albright's kangaroo court in The Hague.
The man they treated that way had been a negotiator for the Bosnian
Serbs during the the Dayton Accords. The rat Holbrooke,
who had sat across the the negotiating table form this man, gloated
to the press about the arrest. To make matters worse, the
"suspect" had been seized after a SECRET "indictment".
Holbrooke and the whole rest of the clinton gang are treasonous double-dealers
with not a speck of honor among the whole lot
of them. And now clinton has brought the same storm-trooper tactics
HOME to the USA! They used the SAME
storm-trooper/police state methods in dealing with the anti-IMF protesters
in DC earlier this past week, too!
I have deliberately kept from following the whole Elian story, or commenting
on it before this time--I think that it is the "circus
of the year", like OJ or Monica. But whatever the legal, family, and
other considerations that go into deciding the case,
"deciding" it by STORM TROOPER tactics is WRONG, WRONG, WRONG!!! And
the use of these tactics by our
government seems to be increasing lately.

They took him at 5:15 after talks had broken down.
Not according to the family's lawyer. They hed just faxed back the agreement
agreeing to the regime's conditions for a meeting.
Klintoon and Reno couldn't have a peaceful resolutinn, so they had
to go in after the family agreed to the conditions.
They're probably disappointed that there hasn't been bloodshed. It's OK, though. I'm sure they can create some.
This raid is illegal. Lazaro and the family have broken no law. There
is apparently no search warrant, or they would have
produced it by now. Even if there was, it's illegal to serve it in
the middle of the night.
They came in with gas masks on and their guns drawn, pointed the gun
at Elian (which they denied, as if the photo wasn't proof
enough), gassed the demonstrators with tear gas, and according to NewsMax
(www.newsmax.com), pointed guns at the
demonstrators' heads and said "Give us the kid or we will kill you."
Then they dragged the kid out kicking and screaming and threw him into
a van, loaded him into a plane, and secretively flew
him to Andrews Air Force Base outside Washington, where they are holding
him and the family. They said he was "happily"
playing with Pla-Do on the plane and they released a picture taken
by the evil Greg Craig showing the whole family smiling
together. I wonder how much Ritalin they have pumped into the kid.
The media cannot see the family and they are all being kept there for
"at least a couple of days." Isn't this kid supposed to be in
school?
These are the tactics of totalitarian police states. They proved this
morning what many of us have said about them for 8 years:
Stalin=Hitler=Castro=Klintoon. The President of the United States is
an anti-American, Marxist totalitarian. If you disagree
with them, they will destroy you. Remember that Stephanopoulos, in
All Too Human, quoted this President as saying "I
believe that you kill people who get in your way."
It is clear that Klintoon does not care about liberty, nor does he have any compassion for little children.
This makes it even more important that Elian must stay in the United
States. We must beat these totalitarians before all liberty in
this country is gone.
